Im in possession of the Pippin SDK, and Kinka Pre-Release ROM and other beta for pippin
Can i offer it or it's still considered as warez?

Considering the console failed and was more or less abandoned after its release I think its safe to say that the stuff can be released. Especially since neither Apple or Bandai has any plans to release any of the very few games and stuff that exists for it.
