I'm fairly certain the beta isn't publicly available. I've seen a few videos of unused levels, but remember the uploader saying they were accessible on a release disc through the use of an action replay or similar.

Yeah im not as intrested in them unused levels as i am the beta although it would fill my craving to try something new on wrath of cortex. Completed that game so many times!
