Is the prototype the one featured on Disc 4?

There is one beta / promo version of it. I recall that it was given out in japan before the release.

Had a bit different starting party (Aeris was with you from the start).
There are some other chages as well.
Also during the first FMV where it is showing stars for a long time there used to be text explaining some basic stuff about the world you are about to enter. Strange that they removed it but kept the long star rolling sequence intact.
