Ok, i have 42 Posts as of <<this one>> so do i have enough = contributing post to be an advanced member because i don't want to risk getting banned so do I? i got denied <<2 twice>> so I'm not risking getting banned ok there you go.

Whether or not you have enough contributing posts is for the mods to decide. I doubt anyone on this board is going to comb through every post you've made and tally up the ones that count. The only way you're going to find out is to apply again and hope.

Asking a mod on the forum if you qualify is the same as asking the mod through the forum interface if you qualify. Ask or don't ask, such talk does not help you.

you could look through your post again and re-read the rules and than make your mind up if you want to apply again
