Apparently, someone forgot to set your default group to Advanced Membership. This should now be fixed.

You're supposed to set the name to red yourself, it's usually the case with phpBB/VBulletin-style forums.

Not here, not even sure users have that permission. Either way, the moderator should change it when they promote you, but because of phpBB's design, it sometimes gets missed.

The names are changed depending what group you're in. However it has to be done manually by the person adding you to the group that's why it wasn't changed even though you were in that group.
