Today, BetaArchive sending me a e-mail that some topics are closed but not closed. Such as this, I checking a e-mail that the topic "[Online] DOSLoads" were closed but not closed.
Another interesting thing:
I got 3 warning levels long time ago but it had decreased to 1 but now no warning levels. Why this is happening?

Warnings are removed automatically after 90 days of placement. It's PHPBB default.

Can you post a full example of an e-mail you have got please? I've not seen that type of e-mail before.

It says the "report" is closed, not the topic. You reported a post on the topic, and it is just a notification to say a moderator has reviewed it, taken action and closed it.

Against it, no. It will expire after 90 days. For it, yes, don't post bad posts :) Make sure they all follow the rules.

i have subscribed before to warnings but never got this email ... perhaps my issue was never resolved ? does this mean a staff doesn't take it seriously ?

Depending on the moderator and the severity of the report, it will wither be closed or deleted. If it is deleted, it may not notify you.

Indeed - particularly if the post you reported is deleted, then the report will be deleted automatically.
