Now let's assume i already hacked my pc to enable Mac install. I have a 3Ghz hyperthreaded (sim 2 cores) intel extreme graphics 2, 768 ram. Currently running WinXP. If i were to install a Mac OS in there, would i gain or lose speed? (assuming to get an outdated version not too old nor too recent, or even, post the one you would think might be the best)

--EDIT-- Ok, let's say the first version to have that dockbar and such. IIRC Mac os 9.

I don't think emulating is a good idea at this point. I forgot to mention out that i'm a very big multitasker and have some hosts running that i can't just kill the process at any given time. So mostly i would get the error of "not enough memory to run"

I don't think the Extreme Graphics 2 are supported by Tiger\Leopard\SL. However, the 768 MB of ram is going to feel slow as [censored], you're going to want at least a gig, if not 2.
However, asking for Hackintosh support is far better placed on a dedicated Hackintosh forum.

Tell me more about Hackintosh. Without giving me any links. Does it do the very same thing as a mac? Or does it work more like linux?
It feels like a Mac, but... on a PC. For example you won't have any multitouch devices, but it will still feel original unless you don't use the original kernel, then you have a lot of kernel panics, and incompatibilities. Hackintosh hardware usually works better when it's close to original as in the Macs.
Anyways I think it even works better than Linux, but it takes a lot of time to set up and find drivers (so-called kernel extensions) for it.
Also most Hackintosh related sites will tell you about the Chameleon boot loader, which may be the reason of Mac OS X failing on your hardware, but that doesn't mean it won't work with another boot loader.

You'd be well advised to not try to hack your PC to run Mac OS. To start with, it's not likely to work well, if at all, and any updates will likely break it so it doesn't run anymore. Secondly, it's a violation of the law, so you can be prosecuted for it, and there's no way you'll win.
If you want to use Mac OS X, just get yourself a real Mac; it's cheaper, less time-consuming, and doesn't cause endless frustration.

How about Windows 8? In my opinion 8 is really fast, and if you have stuff on your XP slowing it down, upgrading to 8 could make it a lot faster.

This is at best somewhat inaccurate. A few points:
There are many countries where installing Mac OS X on non-Apple hardware does not contravene a single law.
No one has *ever* been prosecuted for installing OS X on non-Apple hardware unless they have done it for profit (and in a very public manner).
In the US, the violation of Apple's EULA is a legal grey area. (Whether or not it's properly enforceable in the US is probably a coin toss.)
In theory, Apple could try to sue you for a EULA violation; however, this will never happen for several reasons. First, Apple would have to somehow know you installed OS X on non-Apple hardware. Second, from a financial standpoint, you just aren't worth it to them (your pockets aren't deep enough). Perhaps most importantly, if they sued a particularly motivated defendant and lost the case, they would be in a worse legal situation with their EULA than they are now.
