Basilisk II Doesn't support Mac OS 9.

Both SheepShaver and Basilisk II are cross-platform. There is a Linux version, a Windows version, and a Mac version.

There is also a PSP port of Basilisk II.

I need help with sheepshaver it needs GTK +2 but when i run setup it says setup is corrupt.I tried it on windows xp and windows 7 but it doesnt work (i mean this is for GUI).(this is for original icon) when i start it it says cannot open ROM. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Then find a proper version of GTK+, and you need a system ROM for the emulators. Google it up, we won't provide it here. These are common problems, just google for it, tons of guides on the net for installing both Basilisk and SheepShaver. And drop the caps and exclamations marks.
