Is BA's number of mods fixed? As in mods come in always but only when another mod leaves?
OK, so that's it. I think a moderator will be replaced once a year, or so....

I see, I just thought that since the mod was effectively replaced you might have a set number of mods, but I suppose you sort of need to replace a mod when one leaves in any case.
