If you don't have an X64 processor, you cannot install 7959

No you cannot. Only if you have an x64 processor will you be able to install x64 build.

and it's also not worth it if you don't have more than 3GB of RAM...

It wont let you install a x64 on a x86 machine, when you try to access the DVD (When it sais "Press any key to boot from DVD or CD" the bootloader will give you a message about it being incompatiable. I know because I forgot to rewrite my USB drive to the x86 installation on an older laptop during the Windows 7 beta stages.
