BetaArchive - Terms of use

Before you sign up, please read these registration terms:

Anyone wishing to download any leaked files/builds or other downloads:

- BetaArchive works on a contribution system.
- You must contribute to the community before you get access to the FTP servers.
- Spamming will not gain you access to leaked files/builds.
- Posts are reviewed manually before being either accepted or denied into the group that allows download access.
- Donating any amount will NOT get you access to the FTP servers.
- Please read these Contribution Rules and Forum Rules before signing up.

Restricted Forums
- Some forum access is restricted for new users.
- This restricted access is put in place to prevent rouge registrations, spamming and leeching from our servers.
- You can get access to these forums by reading the Contribution Rules and following the associated process.
- New users must have their first 3 posts approved by a moderator before they are shown to the rest of the community. Once the first 3 posts are accepted, new users are able to post without moderation.

User Pruning
- Due to the number of spam accounts registered, user pruning is frequently performed to remove any inactive or spam accounts.
- Any accounts with 0 posts will be removed without warning. If this happens you are free to re-register.
- Periodically accounts with under 25 posts that have been inactive for 6 months are also pruned.

Usernames and Accounts
- You are not permitted to change your username once you are registered. Please choose a username that will suit you for the length of your stay on the site.
- Multiple accounts are not allowed on the forum and will result in an instant ban for any and all accounts belonging to the same person.

Forum Rules
- Like any other forum on the web, we employ our own set of rules. Please make sure you read these before you begin posting to avoid your posts being removed, your account receiving a warning or your account being deleted completely.

Cookies
- This site utilises browser cookies to store personalisation information and site logins for your convenience. If cookies are disabled in your browser we cannot guarantee the full functionality of the website.

The use of Proxies
- The use of proxies to access this website is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught using a proxy will have their account removed without warning.

Intellectual Property
- By publishing an article, post, image or file on BetaArchive, you allow BetaArchive to use this data as required on a non-commercial basis.
